After a lot of rounds down the barrel I've got what I think is a good load for 100 yards for the 56-50 Armi Sport Spencer. I flipped the ladder sight up and sighted through the lowest notch. See picture below:

I went to the range Saturday and here's the result. Ten round group, 100 yards & the target face is 8 inches in diameter:
This is also a good load for 200 yards with the ladder flipped up and the slider down all the way to the bottom of the ladder.
